Runaway Creek Ranch

 

    This historic ranch was first established in the 1930's in the area that is known as Juniper Flats.   It  is located in the Lakeview Nuevo Mountains and sits at 2200 feet overlooking the Hemet valley, and is surrounded by the San Bernardino and San Jacinto Mountain ranges.  It is just minutes from  Murrieta, Menifee and Winchester to the south,  Hemet & San Jacinto to the East, Perris to the West and Moreno Valley & Nuevo to the North.    There is no better location to serve all Southern California communities.  It is halfway between Temecula and the Ontario International Airport at just a 30 minute drive to either, and Orange, L.A. and San Diego Counties are approx. 1 hour away.   All major freeways in Riverside county are in very close proximity. 

    Sky Mesa Estates, an established high-end Equestrian community, is located behind and to the Northwest of the ranch featuring million dollar homes.  Newly approved Juniper Highlands will feature similar type homes with an extensive public trail system and is located to the North and West of the ranch. 

   Present zoning allows over 100 horses and could be significantly increased with a special use permit.  It is subdivided into 3 legal parcels and is approximately 20 acres of usable land with over 600' of paved road frontage, private road along the East side of the ranch and multiple gated entrances.  Over 17 acres of frontage land on the West & East side of ranch are available for sale by private parties.   This ranch  has been  designed and built to be significantly expanded to accommodate future growth in the area.
